Liverpool BulkBags is proud to offer a valeting service for F.I.B.Cs This would involve inspecting the bag for wear & tear within the fabric along with inspecting the lifting loops for any damage.
The inside of the bags are cleared & cleaned using specialist cleaning techniques. Products previously contained inside the bag will be removed to the best of our abilities. We must advise that there is a risk of the product remaining within the fabric weave, therefore it is highly recommended that all valeted bags be used for the same products to avoid cross contamination.
Most bags can be valeted but bags that are marked with an orange badge containing a 'X' or skull and cross bone, generally cannot due to Health & Safety regulations. If after inspection bags are found to be contaminated or excessively worn we can also arrange the disposal of such bags.
Our valeting service is ideal in most circumstances and can prove to be cost effective if the bag is of special design and intended to be used again for the same product.
