FIBC Filling Applications
Dependant on the application of the bag each discharge application may suite your needs more suitably then another. Below is a small selection of available filling solutions available. We recommend you contact us to discuss your requirements before making your choice, we are always happy to help.
FIBC With Open Top
The open top bulk bag is a quick filling solution, ideal for in plant use. Commonly used for builders and scrap product use.
FIBC With Tie Down Flap
Ideal for quick filling applications, the tie down flap allows for rapid fill whilst allowing the load to be securely transported and stored.
FIBC With Open, Duffel Top
A popular choice for quick filling applications, the bag top opens and extrudes outwards to allow for filling, the top can then be tied off to ensure the load is securely contained.
FIBC With Inlet Spout Top
A popular solution for those requiring a constant flow application. The cone top can be attached around pipes and filling spouts to prevent dusting and product loss.
Once the bulk bag is full the spout can be tied to secure the product within the FIBC. This type of bulk bag is also available with a cone top, ideal for applications were a setting period is required.

FIBC With Flat Bottom
The popular flat bottom bulk bag is ideal for customers who wish to load and empty from the top end of the bulk bag. Alternatively the bottom can be slit but this would likely cause a problem with making use of the FIBC again.
FIBC With Bottom Valve
The valve bottom bulk bag is ideal for those requiring a convenient solution to control the flow of the product out of the bulk bag.
FIBC With Open Bottom
The open bottom bulk bag is the perfect solution for those requiring a rapid release of product, ideal for bulk powders or solids.
